Bridginality is the world’s first and only free, global platform connecting homeschooled students through clubs, events, and community. Our leadership team is made up of homeschooled youth who are passionate about building spaces for connection and creativity! Available Positions

All volunteers must be 14–18 years of age and homeschooled or not enrolled in traditional schooling.

Club President

As a Club President, you are the face and voice of your club. You’ll be responsible for planning sessions, guiding discussions, and creating an engaging environment where members feel welcome. Presidents play a big role in setting the tone of their clubs and inspiring other homeschooled students to participate and grow.

Club Vice President

The Vice President is the right hand to the Club President. You’ll help organize activities, step in to lead when needed, and keep the club running smoothly. This role is perfect for those who want to build leadership skills while still working in a supportive, collaborative position.

Regional President

As a Regional President, you’ll oversee all the clubs in your region and act as the main link between Bridginality HQ and your local clubs. Your job is to ensure clubs are thriving, leaders are supported, and regional initiatives are successful. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility and communication, as you’ll be representing Bridginality at a larger scale.

Regional Vice President

The Regional Vice President works closely with the Regional President to coordinate activities, provide feedback from clubs, and ensure everything runs efficiently. This role is essential for making sure leaders don’t feel overwhelmed and that regional communication flows effectively.

Training & Support

All leaders will complete a 15-minute video-based leadership training program covering:

  • Communication & Public Speaking
  • Club/Team Management
  • Event Planning Basics
  • Conflict Resolution & Inclusivity
  • Creativity in Leadership
  • Global Networking

This training can be completed on your own schedule and will prepare you with everything you need before stepping into your leadership role!

If a leadership position is completely full, we will email you with the option to join our waitlist. If you would like to accept, please reply clearly stating the exact position you want to be waitlisted for.
